WTL has a call centre that provides a constant ear to customer problems and provide solutions immediately. WTL has arrangement with all the major OEMS for providing support for the most technically complex problem. WTL has set up support centres at all the districts of West Bengal under Private Partnership Program (PPP) that provides services to the customers at the districts immediately.
In neighboring state WTL along with its Partners post engineers at sites that need shorter response time.
